For work order requests, contact your account manager directly or easily submit it through our online client portal. These requests are handled quickly by your account manager or one of our administrative assistants.
We have invested in Aspire, which allows the office to connect with field crews in real-time, submitting work orders quickly and improving responsiveness. We also have GPS tracking on all our vehicles, with real-time crew data, so we can see exactly which property they are working on at any given time. This allows us to see how long the crews were on site and what tasks they performed which results in more accurate maintenance contract proposals. Lastly, we do regular property walks on our own and with our clients to ensure we are meeting your expectations. Each property receives multiple “touches” from a variety of Reno Green staff members, including the crews, irrigation technicians, field managers, account managers, Quality Manager and the Maintenance Manager.
