Snow Maps

Accurate snow maps
before the first storm

Every contract starts with a property snow map. Our team surveys the site before it snows, marks curbs, medians, islands, fire hydrants and drains, and agrees with you where snow can be piled, so crews can work fast and precisely in the dark.

  • Site survey and snow map before the season
  • Curbs, medians and obstacles staked
  • Snow storage areas agreed in advance
  • Priority areas and opening times documented
  • Contacts and approval authority confirmed

Triggers

You choose the trigger,
we keep to it

A trigger is the snow depth that starts service on your property. Triggers start at a trace and go up by the inch: 1 inch, 2 inches, 3 inches and so on. If snow stays below your trigger, we can still treat walks and entries for ice so people stay safe.

  • Trace, 1 inch, 2 inch or custom triggers
  • Ice control available below the trigger
  • Return visits for continuing storms
  • Service logs for every visit
Why we use calcium chloride
Calcium chloride works at lower temperatures than rock salt, works faster, and causes less damage to concrete and nearby plants.
