Reno Green Landscaping has a vital interest in maintaining safe, healthy and efficient working conditions for its customers and employees. Using or being under the influence of drugs and/ or alcohol on the job may pose serious safety and health risks not only for the user, but to the public and all those who work with the user. The possession, use, or sale of an illegal drug or controlled substance may also pose unacceptable risks to safe, healthy, and efficient operations.
To meet this interest, individuals who wish to be considered for employment must agree to pre-placement drug testing and drug and alcohol testing during employment.
By completing and signing this notice and the attached Application for Employment, the applicant understands and agrees to submit to drug and alcohol testing during the course of employment as provided for in Reno Green Landscaping’s Drug and Alcohol Policy. The applicant further understands and agrees to release Reno Green Landscaping and its directors, officers, agents, employees, parents, subsidiaries and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages and causes of action of every kind and nature arising out of or resulting from or in connection with submitting to drug and alcohol testing and any decision concerning employment made by Reno Green Landscaping in whole or in part, based upon the results of drug and alcohol testing. Submission of an altered or adulterated specimen or the substitution of a specimen by the applicant will result in a withdrawal of the employment offer.

ANY APPLICANT WHO IS UNWILLING TO AGREE TO THESE CONDITIONS SHOULD NOT APPLY FOR EMPLOYMENT WITH RENO GREEN LANDSCAPING.

La compañía Reno Green Landscaping tiene un interés vital en maintener las condiciones de trabajo tanto para sus clientes como para sus empleados, de una manera segura, saludable y eficiente. El uso o ole star bajo el efecto de drogas ilegales o el alcohol en el trabajo puede presenter serios riesgos de seguridad y de saul no solamente para la personal que las use, sino tambien para el public y para todos quellos que trabajen con la persona que este bajo el efecto de la droga o del alcohol. El poseer, el usar o vender drogas ilegales o cualquier sustancia tóxica puede tambien presenter riesgos no acceptable para la seguridad y para la operación del trabajo de una manera saludable y eficiente.

Para cumplir con esta obligación, los individuos que deseen ser considerados para empleo deben estar de acuerdo con el REQUISITO DE EXAMEN PARA PRE-COLOCACION CONDICIONAL Y ESTAR DE ACUERDO A SER EXAMINADOS PARA LA DROGA Y EL ALCOHOL DURANTE EL TIEMPO QUE ESTÉN EMPLEADOS.

Al firmar este aviso y al completer la Solicitud de Empleo adjunta, el solicitante comprende y está de acuerdo a someterse a exámenes de droga y alcohol durante el tiempo de empleo según se indica en el reglamento de Reno Green Landscaping. El solicitante más aun comprende y está de acuerdo de salvar de responsabilidad a Reno Green Landscaping lo mismo que a sus gerentes, directores, funcionarios, agentes, empleados, padres, secundarios y afiliados de ninguna culpabilidad, ni de reclamos demandas, daños y perjuicios de cualquier tipo y naturaleza que puedan surgir como resultado o en relación al someterse al examen de drogas o de alcohol o de cualquier decisión referente al empleo hecha por Reno Green Landscaping de forma complete o parcial, basada en los resultados del examen de droga y alcohol. Entregar un espécimen alterado o adulterado o la sustición de un espécimen por parte del solicitante resultará en la cancelación de la oferta de empleo.

CUALQUIER SOLICITANTE QUE NO ESTÁ DISPUESTO A ACEPTAR ESTAS CONDICIONES NO DEBE APLICARSE PARA EL EMPLEO CON RENO GREEN LANDSCAPING.
